We're here to be your support system. Using our years of expertise and industry connections, we provide maintenance support with volume discounts so you can relax and enjoy your space. Think of us as a resource and experienced support staff: when you need maintenance support, we're ready to tackle anything from a leaky faucet to a full-on emergency. Services Overview

Our Simply Home Care services are structured as a membership fee: for a monthly membership fee, you'll have access to our management team and services listed below.

Regular
Repairs

  • Annual walkthrough: one of our team members will do a walkthrough of your property and provide a written report listing action items for safety, convenience, efficiency, and aesthetics 

  • Pricing: repair pricing is competitive for maintenance only contracts because our vendors provide the same bulk pricing incentives to our maintenance only and full service management clients! 

  • Expertise: our management fee includes insights from our experience in local property management. 

Preventative Maintenance
  • Wondering which services packages are worth the fees? We provide an annual consult and tailor our service plan recommendations to your needs and your property. 

  • Pros and Cons: after the consultation, we provide a pros and cons list for your review. 

Emergency Support
  • 24/7 emergency response: our team is available to troubleshoot emergencies or urgent items. When something comes up, just contact us and we'll walk you through next steps. 

  • Virtual Options: avoid trip or convenience fees and schedule a virtual visit with us for recommended next steps. 

  • Team Support: we handle the late night calls and scheduling issues with urgent or emergency repairs. Just connect with us and we'll get the ball rolling for you! 

Fees

Our services are structured as a monthly membership fee with no cancellation provisions other than 30 days' notice. First, choose your preferred network: Simply Preferred or Owner Preferred. 

Membership Fee

  • $125 per month for one or two family residences

  • $75 per month for flats, apartments, condos 

  • Includes ongoing support, project consultation, and minor repair coordination.

  • Vetted Professionals: Access our network of reliable contractors.

Simply Preferred Network
  • If you choose the Simply Preferred Network, the membership fee provides access to our vetted and professional contractors and no additional fees for project coordination up to $5,000.

  • For projects that exceed $5,000, our membership fee is 10% of the total project cost. 

  • Easy Fix: you set a limit, and we get it done. Limits range from $250 - $500. You tell us the issue, we handle your problem and get the invoice paid, then send the invoice to you after the job is done. Larger jobs require a quote and your approval beforehand.

Owner Preferred Network
  • If you choose our Owner Preferred Network, our management fee acts as an advance: when working with your preferred contractor, our fee is 15% of the total project cost, minus the $125 you've paid in advance. 

  • ​Freedom and Flexibility: work with your preferred contractors, but skip the hassle of scheduling, following up, and tracking down invoices.
